Alright everyone. The coloured version from a earlier post is finally done!!
After many thoughts on the type of medium needed to be used, I decided to use watercolour.
Had to apply the colours slowly to get it right.
Dig out my cupboard to find some stuff to make the watercolour spread out smoothly.
Well, it took me roughly 5hrs to colour this drawing I did.
So here's the mediums and stuff i used to complete this drawing.
oh yeah. I forgot to mention that my good pal polytechnic friend loan me a set of watercolours as he mention that he didn't use it too often.
Thank you!! :D
Just a bit of advice after watching a video i saw in youtube. Mount your drawings onto a board and stick it with a normal duct-tap. It would give you the best secure as you won't be nudge your works if accidentally moves.
Another piece of advice when you want to try out watercolouring. Place some tissue paper beside you, so that you can take off some of the excess water which might soak up your paper. Oh yeah, as for the paper, try to get a paper weight of atleast 160gsm and above. To prevent watercolour leakage at the back of your paper. haha.
I hope that these advice are good enough and practice makes perfect. :D
Thank you!! :D
